Yes, we do offer E-Gift cards. You have a choice of three. They are emailed directly to you and the person you are gifting. There is no physical card.
Our processing time is usually 3 days upon receiving the order, not including holidays and weekends. During holiday season it can take longer. If you have a question about scheduling, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org When orders are shipped, you will receive an email providing a tracking number. You can also download ‘Arrive’ to follow its full journey to you.
Indeed. We offer free shipping with orders over $50. If under $50, we offer flat rate $12 shipping
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Holidays are not included in transit times. We ship and receive items via UPS.
UPS 2-Day Air orders placed before noon EST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after noon will ship the following business day. UPS 2-Day Air doesn’t deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, so an order placed after noon on Thursday will arrive Tuesday. If you need guaranteed delivery, this is your best option.

If dissatisfied with any product you receive, contact our customer service team and we will find a resolution. It is our 'Sudzifaction Guarantee'. To return or replace an item, please email us at email@example.com within 15 days of shipping. We do not accept returns without prior authorization. Unsolicited products will not be refunded or returned.
Eligible items must be returned unused, intact, with original packaging, a copy of the packing slip, return label shipping label and receipt from original purchase. If your order was damaged or defective, please include a picture. Place the order number in subject line to expedite the process. Please allow 10 business days to process returns.
When items quality is confirmed you will receive an email confirmation and a refund will be issued. All refunds for the product price are applied to the original method of payment.
