Refund policy

Returns

If dissatisfied with any product you receive, contact our customer service team and we will find a resolution. It is our 'Sudzifaction Guarantee'. To return or replace an item, please email us at hello@imwalrus.com within 15 days of shipping. We do not accept returns without prior authorization. Unsolicited products will not be refunded or returned.

Eligible items must be returned unused, intact, with original packaging, a copy of the packing slip, return label shipping label and receipt from original purchase. If your order was damaged or defective, please include a picture. Place the order number in subject line to expedite the process. Please allow 10 business days to process returns.

When items quality is confirmed you will receive an email confirmation and  a refund will be issued. All refunds for the product price are applied to the original method of payment.

If items were purchased at a festival, street fair or another event from i.m. Walrus, contact hello@imwalrus

If items were purchased at authorized retailer contact them directly.

The return of E-books is out of our direct control. 

We recommended insuring the return item(s) and getting  tracking information.
